Who is Jack?
Jack has been fortunate to work with many people of all ages and many different considerations: FIRST TIME exercising since school, injury RECOVERY, STRENGTH training, and many more.
Jack is a fitness enthusiast who has a genuine passion to help people in their health and fitness journey. He has trained in martial arts and sports since young and enjoys sharing his knowledge with you.


What Can The Move Way do for Me?
Have a conversation. That is the most important element that Jack (Creator of The Move Way) believes is missing from general fitness and well being advice. Something that The Move Way is proud of, is having real, meaningful conversations, asking the hard questions and being able to create a very individual path forward that you would not have found otherwise.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to exercising, outside of the general premise of staying fit. That is why there are so many types of exercise classes; they work for a good portion of people. That is also why it can feel like every Personal Trainer has a completely different train of thought; if they are worth their salt they are sharing knowledge and methods that are working for them.
Then there is the online advice where there is often overwhelming confusion. That's not helpful to anyone.
Here, with The Move Way you will find proven exercises and routines with as little complication as possible through Personal Training Sessions, carefully tested and designed Exercise Programs and through the other services offered.
